Pool & Hot Tub Maintenance Checklist

Daily

• □ Check chlorine level (pool: 1–3 ppm; hot tub: 3–5 ppm)
• □ Check pH (7.2–7.6 pool; 7.2–7.8 hot tub)
• □ Add chlorine or pH adjuster if needed
• □ Run pump/jets 15–20 min after adding chemicals

Weekly

• □ Clean skimmer basket
• □ Test alkalinity
• □ Adjust chemicals as needed
• □ Wipe waterline; remove debris

Monthly

• □ Clean or backwash filter
• □ Full water test (chlorine, pH, alkalinity)
• □ Balance water if needed
